TERMS AND CONDITIONS

12. DISHONEST PRACTICE

If we reasonably suspect dishonest practice and/or any behavior with intent to defraud the company (including, but not limited to collusion, money laundering, identity theft or attempting to manipulate game outcomes) The Company reserves the right to:

• Terminate your player account immediately
• Cancel all active bets
• Deduct fees from your player account

13. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS

Players must notify us within a reasonable period of any claims or complaints regarding our services, software or games.

14. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder may be brought in the courts located within England and Wales.
